Supporting Young Talent

As part of a joint initiative between KUPAVA Group of Companies and Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University aimed at supporting young professionals, today we welcomed graduate students interested in developing their careers in the hygiene products manufacturing industry.

CEO Taras Vynnytskyi and Production Manager Denys Nosatyi enthusiastically shared insights into the specifics of our production of diaper pants, diapers, and underpads, as well as their professional experience and perspectives on industry development.

To gain first-hand experience of our innovative manufacturing, all participants visited our production site and completed an assessment process. Very soon, the best of them will become part of our large and growing team!
